  1. Future registration option in bookings

    When booking clients in to a class there needs to be a 4th option called 'Future sessions' for future bookings alongside 'Custom', 'All sessions' and 'This package'

      When booking clients under a reservation, we need to be notified if certain people; whether a Member or Guest of our facility, have restrictions on their account or use of our facility. Is there a way to have an alert pop-up when we book them? It's not feasible for us to check the comments section of each persons profile as we book their time here due to our activities structure. So if there were an alert system... That would be phenomenal!

      • delete button on change reservation popup

        We have lots of available 1 hour reservations. Sometimes we want to schedule a 4 hour class (Trainer) that uses 3 venues. To schedule this we need to first delete all the conflicting 1 hour reservations for those venues. That's 4x3 = 12 deletes. Each one requires us to go into Delete Mode, click the reservation, click Delete Just This One, then click ok.

        Sometimes we forget to go into delete mode and just click on the reservation. This brings up the Change Reservation dialog. Now we have to exit this, wait for a calendar refresh, and start again.

        • new reservation template

          We allow members to book a resource for any hour of any day we are open. Each month we have to create a month of recurring one hour reservations for each resource we have. This isn't a problem but there are slight differences in some of our resources. With all the settings we find it is hard to get them all correct - we have to have quite a step-by-step document for our admin to follow.

          I suggest having user created "templates" for reservations. These would specify start/stop/split time and a repeat pattern with begin and end of something like…

          • limit staff to using configured package for the resource

            We have some packages that are only for a specific resource and no other. We configure reservations so that when a client uses the self service portal they can only apply certain packages.

            However, when an admin user adds a client to a reservation, they can pick any of the packages that client has. For us this is wrong. We try to be careful but our clients have lots of packages and we've already made mistakes.

            I suggest a permission in the Roles that we could set. "Restricted to use only Allowed Packages for adding Clients to Reservations"

            • Limit Reservation repeats to a number that can be handled

              When creating repeating reservations there seems to be no limit to the number of linked reservations. For example, on each of our resources I generated one hour reservations, five days a week, for a year. I think it came out to 4100 linked reservations. I did that on 15 resources.

              Well, this is way more than the system can really handle. Navigation became really slow and it was like working in molasses. We are new to EZF and some members of our team started investigating other solutions. Now that I've cut back to just 1 month's work on each resource…

              • Admin Schedule differentiate Venues and Trainers

                On the Admin Schedule resources all look the same. Some are Venues and some are Trainers. It would be good to have some slightly different look to the two types since they have different attributes.

                • Create a mass client delete option on client page or create mass delete client page. Criteria for deletion is base on 0% client usage.

                  Add a "delete selected clients" on the client page with "merge duplicates" and "invite for self-service" or create a page for clients with 0-10% usage, this can be based on how many times they use the facilities or check out equipment.

                  • AUTO EMAIL MEMBER / CLIENT when credit/debit FAILS

                    There needs to be a way to set up a template that is automatically sent to members / clients when their form of payment fails immediately... Unless we go through failures on a daily basis, it may be a month before we run a report of failures, and by then someone may now owe (2) months worth of service which is aggravating to the customer. It's much easier to make a call after running reports, and saying "you should have received an email when the payment failed to process" that way the fault lies on them for not updating. It…

                      We are needing to add a payment type to our options, we currently have all the cards and online direct debit, and Account credit, to which we use for bacs payments. We are needing to add MOTO system payment type to be PCI complaint for payment running. Could this please either be added, or the option to add a payment type ourselves

                      • having the option of taking out session reminders when people subscribe to emails

                        We do not use the booking system on EZ and do not send session reminders so customers are now complaining that they are not receiving session reminders because they are getting an email saying they have successfully subscribed to session reminders and credit card expiration. This has led to complaints and customers asking for emails for classes which is a service that we do not offer. Can this be taken out or changed for EZ users to select if they offer it at their facility?

                        • Custom Package Plan to include a tab for a custom invoice date

                          When customising the packages. where you have start date and end date of the package. I would like to see a customisable date for INVOICE DATE and DATE DUE.

                          This would help my company greatly as now I have to change those dates on each and every invoice.

                            If a parent pays for their children's lessons in one cheque or a lump sum cash. The system should recognise that they have over paid on one child and then it should ask if your want to apply the rest of the payment to their other children.

                              I want my staff to be able to schedule on the day of only and I want them to be able to create reservation but not be able to edit the space.

                                • User Administration - Create User Groups for New Staff

                                  I would like to be able to enter employees into groups when you add them in the "User Administration" area. We have so many employees and our staff that manage those student employees come and go and no one knows who is an old employee because it does not list which area they worked in. If we were able to separate our users into groups based on their functional area we could identify who is an old employee when the supervisor changes and delete their account if necessary.

                                  • Option to limit Active/Suspend field to Administration/Manager

                                    We would like to be able to limit Active/Suspend field to Manager access, without limiting the other fields on the client profile. This is the only way we can make sure this field is changed appropriately, based on the reason for suspension.

                                          As an administrator who markets using the email campaign, I would like to view all emails sent using EZ Facility email campaign. This saves from duplicating and would be convenient if under campaign history you could view the email sent. The emails are used to market and are not of private nature. I do realize you could add admins to the test, but it seems like you have all the other options why not add to view option.
