Desperately need to add automatic emails to clients under various circumstances. DO NOT use third party as you did with smartwaiver which increases our cost to efficiently use EX Facility. You guys have made some good improvements recently, this would be a highly valuable one and would help you stand out vs competition.
(i.e. session reminder, no-show's for classes, birthdays, missed or declined payments, low checkin usage, etc)
I agree! This would be very beneficial for my company! We would like to be able to reach out to our members based on the information in their account (i.e. birthday or class signups and absolutely declined payments) and send an automated email that is relevant to that person specifically. It would help us connect to our customer base on a personal level and provide them with updated information or time sensitive perks and messages.
