  1. Auto generated emails for members

    Please add an option for auto generated one month advance email notice in order to send an email to all related members for membership's auto renew and cancellation.

    • Automatic Emails

      Desperately need to add automatic emails to clients under various circumstances. DO NOT use third party as you did with smartwaiver which increases our cost to efficiently use EX Facility. You guys have made some good improvements recently, this would be a highly valuable one and would help you stand out vs competition.

      (i.e. session reminder, no-show's for classes, birthdays, missed or declined payments, low checkin usage, etc)

      • Stop logging me out every 10 minutes!

        I just spent 20 minutes rewriting our online signup description. When I clicked update I was taken to the login screen (presumably due to 'inactivity' as I had been writing rather than clicking things). I logged in and boom! all my writing had disappeared as it does not autosave. There is no need to log out so often even when there is some inactivity, let alone when I'm actually doing something.

          I'd really like to see integration with a more robust email platform. There just isn't much data behind the email system. It's disappointing. I'd like to be able to see changes over time - which isn't available at all, especially since what info there is goes away after a few months.

            • Add Past Due Amount Column to Client View - Next to Last Session

              I'd like to see the past due amount easily on the client view. That way I don't have to click into each person. Also, I can pull the entire team up and see which team members are past due at one time. Helps my front desk without having to print a report each time.

              • Create Packages that offer more than 1 service

                IE - packages that include 1 personal training and 2 group personal training sessions that can be auto-renewed on a weekly basis

                • canceling reservations

                  I have clients who reserve time, then cancel. since this time is not booked through a trainer, but for their team rental space, when they cancel, all I can do is delete the reservation. I would like to be able to check them in just like I do for trainers. it would be nice to be able to document the time and reason for cancelation. this way I can explain to them why they are billed (24 hour cancellation policy) and have the documentation right with the billing.

                  • Text messaging notifications of on-line bookings. REALLY NEED THIS FEATURE! PLEASE!

                    Emails are great for new client setup and package purchases, but bookings need to be a priority. We need to know immediately that a booking has been scheduled.

                    • Allow ability to set WEEK VIEW instead of month view on calendar

                      Allow ability to set default view of calendar on self-service to be WEEK VIEW rather than month view. This would allow clients to see the entire list of sessions for the day instead of the list being cut off with "see more".

                      • having the option of taking out session reminders when people subscribe to emails

                        We do not use the booking system on EZ and do not send session reminders so customers are now complaining that they are not receiving session reminders because they are getting an email saying they have successfully subscribed to session reminders and credit card expiration. This has led to complaints and customers asking for emails for classes which is a service that we do not offer. Can this be taken out or changed for EZ users to select if they offer it at their facility?

                        • Invoices / Confirmation emails for $0 sales

                          I would like to suggest that confirmation / invoice emails be sent anytime someone registers into a group, regardless if there's a fee or not.
                          Currently, when registering into a group that is not charging money, no invoices or confirmation emails are sent. This has caused much confusion several times and pokes holes in our "please show your receipt at the door" for certain events.

                          • Have the ability to change the name of Registrations in the Self-Service portal

                            With the new update and Groups being added to the Self-Service portal, could we possibly have the option to change the name of Registrations? Much like how we can change the name of Rentals and Sessions on the Self-Service site.

                              I'd like to be able to change the "Team Name" under the "Basic" information form. Probably would be easiest to just make it the Subgroup name but wouldn't mind if it was an editable feature for each type of registration.

                              • a method for group registrations to be open to a specific age range only

                                When I set up group registrations, I'd like to be able to select an age range that is appropriate. If the members birthday does not comply with the age range, then an error message would notify the client that they need choose another group.

                                • Ability to Claim Family Members in Self-Service

                                  Add the ability for a parent to claim their children in the Self-Service account. The only way for them to manage their family from one account is if we go through the painful process on the back end. If there were a way for them to enter validation information and add their children to their account it would make the booking sessions process much easier for us as many families attend sessions together.

                                    We are needing to add a payment type to our options, we currently have all the cards and online direct debit, and Account credit, to which we use for bacs payments. We are needing to add MOTO system payment type to be PCI complaint for payment running. Could this please either be added, or the option to add a payment type ourselves

                                    • Purchases made through "book sessions" should actually book the client in that session.

                                      When a client clicks on a specific class in "Book Sessions", it leads them to believe they are BOOKING THAT SESSION. Now the nice thing is that if they have not already purchased a package, they have the option to BUY through the window that has popped up when they clicked on a specific class. By clicking on BUY in the specific class window, it makes them think they are buying a package to book that specific session. They do not intuitively know that they have to go back to "book sessions" and click on that class again to book…

                                        • AUTO EMAIL MEMBER / CLIENT when credit/debit FAILS

                                          There needs to be a way to set up a template that is automatically sent to members / clients when their form of payment fails immediately... Unless we go through failures on a daily basis, it may be a month before we run a report of failures, and by then someone may now owe (2) months worth of service which is aggravating to the customer. It's much easier to make a call after running reports, and saying "you should have received an email when the payment failed to process" that way the fault lies on them for not updating. It…
